It is ViMODE’s goals is to provide the best shopping experience for our members. Therefore, in order to provide a wide selection of products available to our members, we have to source them through a variety of third party vendors. ViMODE vendors fulfill and ship all customers’ orders from their own inventory. Hence, your returns will need to be sent back to the sellers instead of ViMODE.com. Sellers’ return policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the return policy under “Additional Information” tab in each product detail page. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can start processing your return by going to “My Order” section in your account and go to the individual item that you would like to return or email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include all the details (name, order number, email address) when you email customer service regarding your return. Please see Return Policy for more details.
Upon approval from seller, ViMODE will issue the RMA number and provide a return address to send your return back to the seller. Please affix return label outside the package and place the RMA note inside the package in case outside label in not legible. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If you are sending the return items within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, please insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise when you ship your return with proof of delivery signature. Items valued above $35 must be returned to sellers with tracking information with USPS Tracking® or FedEx® Tracking. Items below $35 can be returned to sellers using USPS delivery confirmation service. If the package doesn’t arrive and you are not using trackable method for return or if you refuse these shipment methods for return, we may not be able to cover you under Return Policy.
